This office is all about making their clients very comfortable. As a new client, the continuity of this process can be very daunting as the full experience only comes with time. It is this unknown that the staff is happy to talk about and is always willing to answer all of the many questions. I find that appointments are booked ahead of time which is helpful in planning our work/family life and changes if and when made are done mutually. I have always felt welcome at this site and would certainly recommend anyone to make a visit or call in to this office and speak to one of their professionals regarding a confidential consultation.

I had no idea what the HC was till I saw the commercial and decided to come in for a consultation, and that was back in April of 2016 - the rest is history. The staff certainly know their stuff when it comes to this whole process of taking you through the different options of replacing hair loss. Once my new hair did arrive, I didn't know exactly what I wanted but the stylist listened and gave me plenty of ideas of how my hair should be cut. The style was age appropriate and a perfect fit and most of all did not draw any attention to the fact that I now had hair. It was a definite confidence booster and also took off about 6-8 years!! I have never been disappointed since joining in April 2016 and my follow-up appointments have been just as satisfying. All the stylists are very informative about their HC products and give great tips for styling my hair. Our appearance impacts our personal, social and professional lives and having a good hair day is something that I look forward to every day - Thanks to the HC.

I have been a client for several months now and I have to say that my experience was a bit difficult in the beginning, my first piece was not the greatest and I was not happy and was ready to call it quits. Because of the people at the office, the warmth and friendly welcome that I receive every appointment I go to, I stayed. The staff and stylist, they were always and still is very accommodating, I work downtown and I am unable to go to early appointments and Alannah works her magic to always accommodate me, she’s always very friendly to me, has a great personality. So a very BIG thank you Alannah. I really appreciate it!!. Bass, was always nice and respectful towards me even though on many occasions I gave him an ear full.. So thank you for understanding. Ms. Brenda has become more of a friend, I appreciate that she works with me and my schedule. She always comes out to greet me with a big smile and a hug if I needed one. I don’t trust very easily but I can honestly say I trust her to take care of me. Thank you Brenda, my stylist for always making right. Thank you Ashley for accommodating me and making me a client.

I have been a client for several years and I have to say that my experience has been a bit difficult in the beginning. The center has had many changes with staffing and stylist. Unfortunately the client is the one that gets effected by it. I have had many encounters with the previous reception and management. I want to say a thank you to Alana & Ashley for there effects to always accommodate my appointments and finally having a friendlier walk in environment appose to the past. I also would like to say a special thank you to Delia my stylist for her hard work dedication and commitment to her job and to making it always right. I have never had the experience form a person (stylist) in the past at this center like Delia. thank you everyone at Downtown Center this team seemed to be hand picked and I like the outcome. I look forward for my appointments now every week.
I have been a client for about 3 years and have very much enjoyed my association with HCM. At times there have been challenges with appointments due to last minute cancellations by HCM but the people at HCM have worked very hard to maintain high standards and good customer service. Products are so good that my wife uses them and loves them as well.
Worst HC center I've been to. Stylists turnover every couple of years. Receptionists turnover every 6 months. Poor management? Quality of service getting worse and worse...
i visited this location from out of town and had a great experience. They brought me in to the stylist and even brought a tea into the room for me. Delia was phenomenal - she went out of her way to make sure that my system fit perfectly and that I was 100% happy with the placement and cut. I will definitely be back when I visit in Toronto and will ask for Delia. Thank you for being so attentive.

I have been a HCM member for almost 10 years and it's the best decision I ever made.
The staff at the downtown Toronto location are the best. Their expertise, artistry and customer care have set the standard in the industry.
I have diffuse thinning - I don't have a typical hair loss pattern. I have been with HCM for 18 months and have noticed that my hair doesn't shed as often when I use the products regularly. I haven't experienced much new hair growth, but the hair that I have is stronger and significantly thicker. I have not had a transplant and don't plan to in the immediate future.
Recently, HCM has introduced intricate software to track and monitor one's hair loss/growth. These tools are very exciting and will help me to monitor my progress.
