The St Louis location has been an absolutely first class outstanding facility since day one. I was very nervous and apprehensive when I came for my first appointment but all of my fears had disappeared after that day. The quality, integrity and sincerity that I found in the staff far exceeded all of my expectations. They walked me through step by step procedures and took all the time I needed to answer my long list of questions. My stylist, Brandi is perfection at its finest! She is highly talented at making your hair look perfect, and her styling abilities are second to none. She has this amazing ability to make me look and feel at least 10 years younger, and I cannot be more happy and I cannot thank her enough. Everyone there has been amazing! Kadisha is a top notch, extremely qualified manager who runs things smoothly without missing a beat. You can tell she knows her team well. Jeana takes the time and effort to get to know the clients which makes you feel like you are part of the family, and Chris who is the first person you see when you walk in the door is so kind and courteous to you instantly. I simply cannot say enough great things about this place and when I come in for my appointments, it is every time the best part of my day!!!!!!!
 

I have had an excellent experience at the Hair Club in St. Louis. My stylist, Loni is outstanding. Her styling techniques are second to none. She is able to style my hair with a brush and doesn't use a flatiron or device that would further damage my hair. She is very conscientious and caring about her clients and the quality of her work. She is fun to be around and I drive a long way just because I appreciate her expertise, professionalism and the fact that she makes my time there enjoyable. I love the EXT and TRIMA hair care products. Wayne manages the office well, is very professional and helpful as are all the staff. I highly recommend the Hair Club in St. Louis!!
