The beautiful people who have given me a new level of life are awesome. They treat me very well. I just wish I would've done this earlier in my life. And the woman who does my hair is pretty and very professional.

Everyone there treats me like family. I have been a member for 13 years so I know most of them on a personal level.

Overall, the service is consistently very good. However, there are times when my appointment begins noticeably later than the scheduled time, despite the fact that I am on-time for the appointment. I do understand, though, that the HC staff sometimes has to juggle the schedules of others, and the unpredictability of other clients sometimes being late - thus pushing back the overall schedule.
